Check-in 5:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be requested 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and additional fees.

Coral Heaven is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is permitted exclusively in the temperature-controlled cigar lounge or designated outdoor areas.

Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome. Please provide breed and weight details for approval; a pet cleaning fee applies.
Please ensure your booking reflects the exact guest count. For groups exceeding 14, an additional nightly per-guest fee applies.

The elevator is accessible only with prior host authorisation. Pool and spa heating is available on request, so the temperature is right on arrival.
