The place was as Describe all around it was just perfect. I am looking forward to staying next month in the same location just because it’s so nice and clean fresh linens. The owner put in a lot of effort to stock the house with all the necessities, from Cutlery, Coffee machine, yoga mats and even beach chairs Cleanliness is top notch, I would say that it's cleaner than most of the 5 star hotels.+0Posted on Google

Damon Marchus168 days agoWe rented this house for close to a week. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was easy. House is in a great location, it is very close to the beach and many other attractions. Ruth was very responsive to any questions or minor issues. We wish the hot tub was heated. You do have to pay separately for that. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but would have enjoyed a hot soak after a busy day exploring. Emily Gray172 days agoWe had a great spring break week at Ruth’s place! It was large enough for two families to feel comfortable and spread out. We loved being able to step outside and have the pool to swim in and the tiki bar to hangout at. The beach right down the street was a huge hit and Ruth has plenty of beach toys, chairs, and anything you could possibly need to have a great beach day. We were able to walk down the street to grab a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant and another night hopped in the car for 3 minutes to even more restaurants right on the beach. The kids didn’t want our trip to end. Definitely recommend Ruth’s place if you’re looking for relaxing beach vacation!+2Posted on Google

Claire Noonan176 days agoWe booked a girls trip to the Pompano Beach area to celebrate my best friend's engagement, and we were drawn to the gorgeous and spacious home offered by Ruth. The home has three massive bedrooms, two pullout couches (which we didn't use), and a cot if needed. Not only was it a cozy and comfortable accommodation, but the furnishings, the kitchen, and the stunning backyard pool and patio made this home a truly rare find. I have never enjoyed an AirBnb so much, or felt so strongly that we got exactly what we were looking for. Additionally, the property is about two seconds from the most gorgeous beach (with Ruth providing chairs/ umbrellas), and there are a lot of amazing local restaurants to explore. When we had questions, Ruth was attentive and responded immediately to support in any way she could. She truly is an amazing hostess, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We had the pleasure to stay at Ruth's condo which we found on the Airbnb website. Her place is modern, clean and spacious! The location was also really conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. I was really impressed with the Walk in shower in the master and guest bedroom. At the night, we had a really good view of the skylight and fireworks from the floor to ceiling windows in the living and master bedroom. If I'm in the area again, I'll certainly stay here again. Linen on the 3 beds has upgraded thread count (my weakness) with extremely comfortable mattresses. Kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials and includes a stock coffee and tea bar. We cooked a few meals without needing anything in terms of kitchen ware - it was all there. The pool is amazing and very private. We stayed with 6 guests and everyone had plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms. Ruth was extremely friendly and responsive to any questions. Check in/out was easy and has very clear instructions. House is about 10-15 minutes from downtown, intercostal, and main strip of bars/shops/restaurants. Grocery stores are very close by. Definitely recommend this location!Posted on Google

The pool is fun, the backyard is great, and everything looks exactly like the photos—actually even better. The location is ideal, right in the middle between Miami and Boca, and only minutes from the mall and central areas. What really made the experience special was the hosting. Everything was spotless, the instructions were clear, and even when we had a small issue with the lock, it was solved remotely in no time. But more than anything, Ruth is truly a gem. After we checked out, a package we had ordered arrived at the house. Ruth went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered safely to another address we gave her. Everything was super clean, and the location was perfect – just four minutes from the mall and only five minutes from everything else we needed.What really stood out, though, was Ruth’s exceptional service. After we left, a package was accidentally delivered to the house. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located - cafes and local eateries are just a 7-10 minute drive away (perfect for those traveling by car). The heated pool is available for a small extra fee, and it is definitely worth it. The furniture is new, the rooms are clean, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Whenever we had questions, we could text the staff and always received quick and helpful replies, no matter the time. We did run into a couple of issues during our stay, but the company responded immediately and took care of everything. We will definitely be coming back here!+2Posted on Google

Kate A.545 days agoGirls weekend We had the most amazing girls’ weekend at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious and comfortable the house was. There was plenty of room for all eight of us to spread out, with most of us having our own beds. The backyard was absolutely stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful pool and beautiful weather.One of the highlights of our stay was having a hibachi chef come and cook for us right at the house! such a fun and unique experience! The location couldn’t have been better, it was in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still super close to everything we needed, like Publix, Starbucks, and downtown.The host was fantastic, so friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The pool is situated in a beautiful oasis under the warm Florida sun. We were even lucky that the coconut trees in the gorgeous garden gave us some fruit! Drinking fresh coconut water at the side of the pool is an experience you don't want to miss. You don't want to leave. We have been coming back and Ruth does not disappoint!! The house is spacious and pristine with carefully thought out details and additions to make stays that much more comfortable. We literally checked in and were settled immediately. I still can’t get enough of the area! The neighbourhood is picturesque and certainly feels like a home away from home. Ruth was responsive and so helpful throughout the stay. Crystal857 days agoIf you are looking for luxurious, immaculate, beautiful, spacious getaway hosted by amazing hosts then look no further.From the moment you enter, you understand why you paid a little more than usual. There was a welcome basket with water, popcorn, etc. The overall aura of the home is peaceful, tranquil, and modern. There are multiple bathrooms and bedrooms so if you go with a larger group, you won’t feel cramped. The heated pool was a dream - this was my favorite part as I had not experienced a heated pool before. The neighborhood is quiet and very community based. You will be closer to the beach and Las Olas Blvd. Our hosts were EVERYTHING- thank you Ruth and Charlene for being available and nice. Whenever I can, I will be booking with you guys. Claire920 days agoThe house was an amazing place to stay for a group of girls. We had a blast. My only comment was that the furniture was not super comfortable. However, we asked for a mattress topper to be delivered due to the queen bed being extremely uncomfortable to sleep in and they had one delivered the same day. Also upon arrival, the ice maker was broken and we weren’t able to have ice for our stay. However, they had a repair man out within a day to fix the issue.
